Captain Clarke Charters is owned and operated by Jennifer
Clarke. Jennifer grew up in the Shenandoah Valley of
Virginia in a family of avid trout fly fishermen and
started fishing at the age of 4. She has stalked bone-fish
from the flats of the Seychelles to the shores of the Yucatan.
She has caught trout from the rivers of Tierra del Frego
to Yellowstone National Park. In any given year she'll
land Big Striped Bass from the North Shore of Massachusetts
to the southern most waters of the Cheseapeake Bay, Virginia.
She came to Martha's Vineyard in 1994, and settled
down in what she calls the fishing equivalent of Nirvana.
Jen learned striper fishing from the top anglers and captains
on Martha's Vineyard. She earned her captains license
and charters a 30-foot center console named "Femme
Fatale" during
the season specializing in big bass.
